Great phone. Much better than all previous models I have used. Much more practical than the Pearl. Long, long battery life under normal settings. I use as a phone (bluetooth) and for 4 email accounts used for business. Used traveling with no issues. ATT is provider and lack of bars in Southwest regions is an issue but great in most cities. Purchased from LetsTalk.com. Absolutely supperior service. Exceeded all expectations. Superior service and less expensive than going direct to provider. Received complimentary accessories and discount coupons. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I love my Curve 8310, all the features are amazing. The phone is so convenient for everything I need it for. The only thing I've not been pleased with is the call quality on the AT&T network. I can have 4 or even 5 bars out of 5 and the quality of sound on the call is so degraded I might as well drop the call, which has also happened about a dozen times in about a month since I've owned the phone!! I switched from Nextel and customer service with AT&T has been phenomenal. Overall I've been fairly pleased with the phone and service because it seems to work reasonably well, but again, the call quality is WELL less than I expected and had experienced when with Nextel.

The 8310 is my first Blackberry. I chose this model because I want a phone that can fit in my pocket, has tons of functionality including e-mail and GPS capabilities, but was uncomplicated to use. The 8310 has delivered everything I wanted and more. Setup was very easy, battery life is great and help from AT&T has been very good. I'm still exploring all of the functionality it offers and am sure I will continue to be surprised with it's potential as I expand my usage of the phone.

Great phone overall, I've used blackberry's for 7 years now and this may be their most ground breaking. A useful MP3 that replaced my Ipod a top notch camera with high resolution. I was able to upload Google Maps, New York Times, ESPN and Worldmate live which a person always on the field needs everyday.... battery life is short though.

I have not had any issues with this phone at all. I have taken it on vacation and have not had any problems, though there were areas in the Caribbean where I had no service, due to lack of cell sites and such. I did have some scrolling issues with the ball with my first 8310, but after I cleaned it, all was good.

I have been using my Blackberry 8310 for about a month and I love it. It was very simple to set up and very easy to sync with my other email and contact programs. I have better phone signal than any other phone I have had and the additional applications have been excellent. My only complaints about the phone are that you cannot store applications on the memory card so you are limited on the applications you can run. Second, it slows down quite a bit if you have any major applications running in the background.

I really enjoy having internet access. Only one problem so far with the trackball sticking. It seems to be working fine now.

I really enjoy my new BlackBerry Curve 8310. It's handy to receive emails from all of your accounts on your handheld device. The internet isn't the greatest because it is HTML format, however, compared to my other phone, it is amazing. I got this phone because when I interned at ABC 7, most of the producers there had the BlackBerry Curve and they loved it. I can see why. It's efficient and very easy to use. I love it.

I really love my new BlackBerry 8310. It's so easy to use and so light. It's smaller than the old Blackberry I had several years ago. Despite it's size, I can still use the QWERTY keyboard and use the number and symbol keys very easily. The tone of the music I listen to is amazing. I guess, all in all, the only drawback I can see is the battery has to be charged every night.

All in all I really like the BlackBerry 8310. I got a 1GB micro SD card for music and it was more than enough for me. The sound quality is great in regards to the mp3 player portion of the phone. I did not like the idea of having to pay for monthly internet on the phone and not have the pay per use option available to me. The call quality is good. Sometimes there is static and such but nothing that makes it difficult to talk. The size is good and pretty easy to use once you learn where everything is. Battery life is a plus. Without playing a game or music I can go long way without charging the phone. If I am playing a game and music together then the battery is diminished much quicker.

I love my BlackBerry Curve 8310. I will say however, it's a little difficult to figure out and the book is not much help at all. The keyboard is easy to use and the phone is easy to navigate, but you can find all of that out through other reviews.

The BlackBerry 8310 does not have video recording options resulting in a lower evaluation of the phone. The speakers for the music player are exceptionally good considering it is just a cell phone. It is loud, clear, and crisp. The BlackBerry browser is so much better with ease of use and capability than the Windows Mobile browser. The keyboard is perfectly spaced between each button and just about the right size. Calls are nice and clear. The user manual could be a little more detailed since this is a BlackBerry.

Easier to set up and use than I thought it would be. Excellent battery life, call quality, e-mail service, etc. A little problem setting up bluetooth, but worked through it. I probably need to actually read the manual to get maximum benefit, but have been able to do want I need without much research.

The BlackBerry 8310 is great. The keys are spaced apart just right. I am a guy with big hands. The internet is reasonably fast. It took just 30 minutes to figure out all of its functions. The downside is the fact that it does not have a video camera.

I love the trackball on the BlackBerry 8310 versus the wheel of my old 8700c. I like the slim design and the quick response. The camera feature is handy and I like being able to download music too. It is a very handy, all-in-one device. I download a couple of full length books to read at any time, even at night in bed. I used to have to carry a date book, an address book, a library book, a small camera, a grocery list, a tote-bag for files, etc. Now I have everything in one small package, my Blackberry 8310.

The BlackBerry 8310 is a great smartphone and picture quality is outstanding. It is very simple to use. The only problem I have is if you are using it anywhere that there is air movement, it picks up a lot of the noise.

I would really love to love the BlackBerry Curve 8310. It has so many great features, but it has some problems too. The call quality is fair at best, but I am not really sure if it's the phone or AT&T service. The biggest problem, though is the battery life. The first Curve 8310 I got last month went back for not holding a charge on the battery. We tried swapping out the battery first and then they sent me a replacement handset. If it is a Curve problem, I think I will ask for a different phone. The longest it has made it on standby is about 16 hours. That's not anywhere near the 400+ they tell you it should get.

I just got the BlackBerry 8310 and I'm very happy with it. After a lifetime of Nokia cell phones, I moved to the BlackBerry 8310 for e-mail and it was a good choice. It takes a little while to adapt to the format, but it’s all grounded in common sense. It’s just as good as the Nokia cell phones I have used, but a fraction of the price. At the end of the day, all the programs worked for me and the phone performs as it should.

overall I really love this phone. My main complaint is that it breaks up in certain areas but I'm not sure if that is the phone or the service provider. I have AT&T now and when I had Verizon I never had that problem.

Love the Curve as compared to my old 8700. Trackball takes a bit of getting used to versus the wheel but it works just as well.

I absolutely love this phone. Mine is red ;-) It is easy to use - easy to type in information due to the full qwerty keyboard. Fantastic coverage in our area via AT&T. Phone reception is very clear. Love the big screen for photos ;-) Many setup options if you want to play around with them. I really like the calendaring feature with reminder tones.

This smartphone is great as a business tool as well as a personal cell phone. It is very easy to use if you try just try everything out and use the tutorials. The call reception and signal strength have been off the charts no matter where I went. I have always used smartphones but this is my first Blackberry and I must say that I don't think I will ever use another manufacturer. The only thing I would suggest for the next model is a much stronger battery

Love this BlackBerry 8310. Telenav is great for checking traffic before leaving for work. Internet access, and e-mail was something I questioned adding to my monthly charges, but now that I have it, it has been worth the expense. The only issue I have with the phone is the ability to modify the profile settings to customize. I think the rate plans are a little high with AT&T and they should combine the Unlimited Text with Unlimited internet access on the Enterprise BB plan. AT&T needs to do a better job with the layout of their billing statements.
